These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with GOLDEN MOON TRAVEL. By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions.The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.

Tour prices are quoted in US dollar
- PAYMENT
By ONEPAY secure
– The Deposit is made about 30-50% in the total of your trip(100% with Early Birds Bookings).
– With luxury cruises & some deluxe cruises, the Final payment is needed to be paid before 5 – 7 days of check in.
– All balance will be paid at hotel by cash or credit card (Not Paypal), the bank will surcharge 3% of total if you pay by credit card. The exchange rates is due to the current exchange rate of our bank in Vietnam.
CANCELATION – Cancellation will be charged as follow:
+ More than 15 days prior check in date. No charge.
+ 7 days to 14 days before check in date: 50% on total value of the trip charged
+ Within 1-6 days before check in date: 100% on total charged
+ No-Show: 100% on total charge.
- FINAL PAYMENT
For your convenience, the balance will be paid before your trip from 1 - 7 days by a secured link and you can pay the balance easily & safely by your credit card. Otherwise, if you would like to pay in cash, you can pay in person when we meet you at our hotel in Hanoi (This must depend on a cruise type you booked).
- FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
GOLDEN MOON TRAVEL cannot take the responsibility for any deviations from the contract terms due to the results of natural or social forces which include floods, earthquakes, typhoons, fires, war and government decrees of prohibition beyond the control of human beings.
- LIABILITY & INSURANCE
GOLDEN MOON TRAVEL is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may be affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, will endeavor to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved.
- CONFIRMATION
Your booking will be confirmed as soon as we get the deposit from you, we will send you the confirmation via email. It is so easy !
